How do I request a commission?
Submit your information for the commission through direct message on Twitter or Discord.
Commissions are not first come first serve, providing more information may grant more interest towards your request.
I usually take up to 3 to 5 days to respond to your request, time may differ around weekends or holiday events.
Your messages may be missed due to different reasons, please consider my active hours will be usually based in the Europe time zone. Feel free to contact me again in different ways or send a reminder.

What kind of information do I need to provide when requesting a commission?

Where are the options for bust, half, full body, etc.?
The size of the character will be based on poses and illustration compositions and most importantly your character design.
If the idea fits better with focusing on the character's top half, it would be better to focus the effort on the top half.
If your character has a very interesting bottom half body design, it would be a waste to only draw the top half.
The goal is to present your character design's strength through the illustration.However, for any reason you need to request a specific body size,
please list the reason together with the submission for a better understanding and result.

Can I request a male character?
The last time I drew a male character was in March 2021.
If you really want to request a male character illustration, you will be taking the risk of quality.Can I request " X " ?
Any request within the TOS is technically available but quality will differ based on experience.
Please check out previous works for a better preview.
However, I might consider any request that caught my interest.
If you really want to request any outside of my skill territory, you can consider the "IN-DEPTH" option for further discussion.What counted as a detailed character design?
Please understand the judging standard differs for everyone.
Armored characters from games such as Monster Hunter or Final Fantasy's complexity would be counted as a detailed design. Some of the "casual outfits" from Final Fantasy with "too many" accessories such as belts or jewels may also be considered as detailed designs in certain situations.
I will be the judge for the decision of the character's complexity level.

How many revisions can I get?
For the "STRAIGHTFORWARD" option of commission, it is preferred to have the illustration idea confirmed before the drawing process begins. If it is needed, you can have one revision during the draft/sketch phase.
It is highly recommended to consider the "IN-DEPTH" option that comes with more revisions and interactions if you are aiming for larger projects or complicated ideas.How long will the commission take?
Everything will depend on the difficulty and the current work queue. A deadline must be provided and agreed upon in advance if you need your commission to be finished before a certain time.Can you work on the commission privately?
I prefer to work on all the commissions on stream. You will be receiving more real-time feedback exchange on stream.Any request for a private commission will need to be done in advance and will cost extra money charge.Can I get " X " file format?
All illustrations will be sent as a JPEG file if they have not been requested in advance.
Any need for transparent images (PNG, Live2D) might need a different working process to maintain the same quality result. If you did not specify in advance, such requests might be rejected or extra cost will be charged.What is the usage permission with the artwork?
I reserve the right to use commissions as portfolios, showcases, etc. Any protection such as watermarking on your commission will need to be requested in advance.Any commercial usage such as merchandise or reselling action will need an official agreement in advance.
Any usage for hateful, harassment and other negative reason are prohibited. The user will be blacklisted from requesting any commissions in the future.Personal usage has close to no restriction if you are the character's official owner. You are welcome to promote your artwork as long as the action doesn't contain any prohibited rules. However, please consider dropping a notice to me beforehand as there could be adjustments or updated versions to the artwork without extra charges.
What if the artwork is a gift and I don't own the characters?
You will need permission from the characters' owners for any further usage of the artwork. Please respect the characters' owners should have the decision of their own characters.
Usage of any "WIP"
Any WIP is highly recommended to be shared with the WIP tag along as there have been situations of people submitting incomplete artwork to other artists' art requests.Commercial rights
Any type of commercial rights usage will need to be discussed.
The commission's price may increase based on the usage level.

Client

  1. By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

  2. Any of my artworks are not allowed to be used for AI, NFT or any alike purposes.

  3. You may not claim my work as your own.

  4. You may use your artwork for personal use. Any commercial use without my agreement is not allowed.

  5. I reserve the right to post any stage of your artwork on my social media or gallery for any reason if no restriction agreement has been discussed in advance.

  6. I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

  7. I reserve the right to refund your payment if I no longer wish to work on your request for any reason.

  8. I reserve the right to show all the working processes in public platforms unless a private request has been agreed.

Payment & Refund & Chargeback

  1. All payments are only available through Paypal.

  2. Any type of payment without agreement in advance may not be considered as part of the commission fee, such as Twitch gift subs and donations.

  3. I do not accept payment from a third-party person unless discussed.

  4. An invoice will be sent once the request is approved. The payment must be made within 48 hours. Any different types of payment schedules must be discussed. If any payments are not made in time, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the commission.

  5. Any extra requests for the commission will cost extra fees after discussion and agreement.

  6. Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped to anyone.

  7. You may only request a refund before the approved draft has moved on to the next stage or there are 6 months without progress on your commission.

  8. Once a full refund is made, you will no longer have the rights to any stage of the artwork. Partial refunds can be requested through discussion and the commission can be delivered in its current stage.

  9. Any attempt to purposefully refund the request will result in blacklisting.

  10. You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

  11. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without providing notice in advance to cancel or refund a commission will result in blacklisting.

  12. You must contact me as soon as possible for any payment error with or without your knowledge.

Commission

  1. All commission requests may take time depending on the difficulty and the current work queue. A deadline must be provided and agreed upon in advance if you need your commission to be finished before a certain time.

  2. Any request for a private or NDA commission will need to be done in advance.

  3. Your Straightforward style commission will begin once it is accepted and confirmed with the full price. You may request a draft of the artwork with one revision before the invoice is made or you may pay upfront and allow me to take full control without a pause to wait for your feedback.

  4. Your In-depth style commission will begin once it is accepted and confirmed with the full price. The first drafting process with multiple designs will begin and you will pay once the first draft is approved. Your approved draft will be refined again with feedback before heading towards the polishing stage. You may request extra services that will cost extra fees after discussion and agreement.

  5. You can request a WIP image at any given time or you may receive it from me if there is any update and I attend to.

  6. All illustrations will be sent as a JPEG file if they have not been requested in advance. Any need for transparent images (PNG, Live2D) might need a different working process to maintain the same quality result. If you did not specify in advance, such requests might be rejected or extra cost will be charged.

  7. Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped to anyone. The full files for your commission request will be sent through direct message on Twitter, Discord or email provided with a google drive link if needed.

  8. I will be only able to preserve your commission files for up to 10 months due to storage size. However, I cannot guarantee against technical failure or accidental loss.
